Mrs PRM Gaetsewe acquired her business skills and property experience through formal training and management of her own real estate franchise; as a franchisee in Centurion West.
Her volunteering work in the construction projects gained her site management skills.
She began her professional career in the finance and registration department at University of South Africa for a short period then joined the FMCG industry where she worked for three years as a retail credit controller.
In 2005 she moved on into customer services space within the medical industry where she worked for six years. Her decision to resign was driven by her passion and interest in completing her BCOMPT (Accounting Sciences) degree and Construction project management studies, but most importantly the yearning to manage her own business whilst practicing QS within the built environment.

Responsible for signing off all contractor phases, delivery & usage of building materials and acquiring of all compliance certificates including NHBRC inspections.
